Hello there!
Now there is a great change for you to make an good investment. The Cocoamilk factory is now for sale.
We were in the delivery business but we have moved to another business. We now have started moon mining.
We dont have much of isk in our wallets and this business needs alot of isk to start.
We have bought towers for 50% of our isk(we dont want to run out of isk). We have been scaning moons in alot of systems.
Now we have much of moons with good minerals.
Well I dont really know what we are going to make much isk a week but I¦m sure it will be much :)
We are going to sell each share for 1m and there are 10.000 shares. We dont plan to sell them all.
The Cocoamilk Factory will keep 5.000 shares for itself. The Cocoamilk Factory members will be able to buy 1.000 shares.
So therea are 4.000 shares left. We have allready sold 400 of them.

For the money we will get we will setup 10 POS'es(If all the 4000 shares will sell). Then we will have 12 POS'es mining.

Price: 1m each
No min/max per person but we recomment to buy atleast 10 shares.

We have friends ready to help us protecting if our POS'es will be under attack. Also All POS'es will be set up for at least some defence and loaded with strontium for 5 hours(and more in corp hangar if needed).
Well we have 7 members and also we have 2 more coming. I'm sure this wont be a prob for us.
Ofcourse we know how to run a POS and we have scaned some systems and we know how reaction works.

We now have decided wich system we will start in. 2 towers, guns, ew batteries and mining mods allready been moved. Some stock of fuel is there atm.
Estimated time starting mining is tomorrow.
Estimated time starting simple reaction is tomorow.
Estimated time starting complex reaction has not been decided.
*EDIT* Didn¦t noticed that it was after 12 o'clock :S
So tomorrow means today :)

Divends will be paid out every week. All the money in corp wallet will be paid out. 5.000 of 10.000 shares are in the own of The Cocoamilk Factory so All the ISK we make each month will be paid out. So 50% of it will stay in corp wallet. Then we will never run out of ISK. So these 50% will be used to buy new POS'es and pay for members ships and modules.
If The Cocoamilk Factory will close down we dont know if we can buy your shares back but we should get at least 90% of the ISK we have spended on POS'es back so there might be a change you get your ISK all back if we close down.
Note that we are not going to close down this business or the whole corp unless something serious happens.
For you to know how much the divends will be i¦m not sure about that. For the first weeks it will maybe not be much but when we have started all POS'es we are planing to this will give us a nice income.
I think there will be at least 300m per week. Please note that this is only at least. I calculated what we could make much and I¦m hopeing we can make 600-700m per week
If we will make 600m per week it would make 60k per week for each share. That¦s 240k per month and then you¦ll have all your ISK back in 4 months. Well you will have it all in 5 months because the first month will not give 100% because we are starting this up.
These numbers are only what we think we can make and what we want to make. We will try to have the income as good as posible because then more ISK for us and the shareholders, then everybody is happy :)

As I¦ve said before we are only 7 atm but there are 2 more coming. when we are 9 this wont be a prob. All POS'es will be in the same area and I¦m working on some system that lets us know how much fuel is left on every POS. We will get fuel freighted into next 0.5 system or even into the mining system. That¦s pending on how much traffic is around there and how many we got escorting.
So when we will be 9 with 12 POS'es that makes 4 POS'es for each 3. If this is going to be a problem for us we will start recruiting.
And, yes so the staff wont get bored we will buy some ships for that. Cruisers/tech II frigs we will even buy BS'es for our crew when the business is going good both for security reasons and to keep our members happy.
This will be paid for the 5.000 shares that The Cocoamilk Factory keeps for itself. That will give us enough money to buy ships and modules for our members. Ofcourse that money wont be allways used for ships, we will use some of it to buy new POS'es if we find good moons.
